Volunteer Interest Form

Volunteers from our partner churches are essential to helping Love INC serve neighbors in need and transform lives in the name of Christ. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, this form is the first step! Once we receive your submission we will be in contact about our formal application and Love INC 101.
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born of the virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; He descended to the dead. On the third day He rose again from the dead.He ascended to heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Christian church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
I agree to take extreme care to protect the confidentiality of all individuals (clients, volunteers, staff, donors, etc.) and churches involved in the Love INC ministry. I will hold any information obtained by me or to which I have access in the strictest confidence. I will not disclose or discuss information regarding any individual or church to anyone other than the appropriate Love INC personnel
